Who We Are
SICRE is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering black women in the commercial real estate industry. Grounded in unity, support, and purpose, our mission is to help Black women grow, lead, and thrive in spaces where representation matters.
We acknowledge the systemic barriers Black women continue to face in accessing opportunity, leadership, and visibility within commercial real estate. Through intentional programming, advocacy, and community building, we work to dismantle those barriers and create clear, sustainable pathways for long-term professional success.
